It also make less sense in the quest. Why would warmaster want keldrinte but not karmor or kls when he is collecting items for a war? How can weapons and armor be worth LESS in a war?

The Keldrinite will be used to forge an entirely new weapon in the world of PCRPG. No weapon like this has ever been created, to my knowledge. I will not say what this weapon is, its purpose, or its capabilities, but its power will be truely awesome.
From a design perspective, Keldrinite is worth more because it is more rare than either of the two items it is used to make. From a story perspective, you need more items when you use Keldrin Armor or KLS because some of the Keldrinite is destroyed in the reversal process, and what Keldrinite is gleaned from those items is impure.
