LOL we already know this happens on a reguler basis to whoever is on they dont like at that particuler time. That is why we are trying to actually enforce the rules as put forth by particle. Should that happen, we would be safe from random acts of cruelty from others and admins.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

The real question is why does he keep on receving chances?  He should stay banned so his mental condition doesn't cause this board to go farther into the crapper than he's already brought it.  It isn't like he's changed, and it isn't like he is going to.

You may or may not agree with me on this but I will put it forth anyway.
There is a difference between "troublemaking"
If you talk about illegal activities here on a reguler basis, you are in danger of bringing the authorities here and possibly shutting it down.
If you flame minorities, you are giving the entire community a bad name because if it is allowed, it is assumed that the administration and general population share those views.
merely disagreeing with others and putting your views up for open debate is ok (or would be if all parties could remain calm) debate and talking things through in a calm fashionis the best way to solve problems. Look at the world today. War and fighting solves nothing.
Constant flaming attacks fall under the catagory of flaming minorities.

Yeah, so in other words, all his other ISPs have been banned, and his only way of getting to the forums is by dialing an outside number of (yet) another ISP...

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).
