Hmm...We are forgetting something

In all the hustle and bustle of arguing and killing people, we have forgotten one major thing for far too long. Here goes:

Particle does not need to have this server for us, but does so just because he is a nice guy. He gets no real benefit from it other than the satisfaction of us having fun, which now is no longer even the case. With all the constant fighting and trouble, I can't imagine why he bothers to put up with it and keeps the server going. I think that we take the server for granted far too often and never give credit where credit is due. I've made this post for one big reason. It is an oft overlooked reason and so here goes.

Well you know how crazy ppl go when the server is down for a short amount of time? If the bickering continues what would they do if it was shut down for good? Your right, it is taken for granted and I too would like to thank Particle for having a place where friends can gather and play and have a good time, when it's possible.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

I plan on making a new one each week thanking you for something you do for us. I figure with all the stuff you do I could go for years.
