Turning the sound down!

Whenever i turn the sound off inside my tribes and minimise my tribes, i still hear the sound of #cast melt and i hear the bot of Cavern screaming..anyway to cut this sound off?

I have the same problem... however, on my laptop, the sound stays on even when it isn't minimized, I just can't get it mute itself without turning my sound off completley.  :(

i had the same problem. i deleted all of my music in the game period. only way to make it work
