When registering an account the only thing stated is that one would recieve service for X amount of months. Nowhere when creating an account do you have me agree to a terms of service. You force a terms of service onto me AFTER you have already taken my money, thus making that terms of service agreement void. By State of California law (Which you operate an office out of), you are committing fraud by declining paid accounts access to the Ragnarok Online service (Herein after to be called "the service"). One case of this would be with my account, **Removed for good measure**, which had been paid for access to the service for three months, yet declined access to the service under claim by you that I broke a terms of service not related to what was put forth during the business transaction. Thus, you have broken the terms of service agreed to during the transaction by declining access to the service, and you are to provide me with a refund in the amount of **He put this in, so I do not have the amount in my copy**, exactly the amount paid to you for three months of service.
He got unbannned
Cause gravity is stupid
