If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0

Firefox is nice, but Opera is where it's at.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

I've heard a lot about it. I'm going to download it and try it out right now. My Firefox is acting weird (back button never works, screen always opens Restored Down, address bar doesn't change when opening new tabs, etc etc. I don't know what the hell is wrong.

Things have been better. I've just been a very frustrated individual lately.

As for Firefox (browser), it's still broken. I'm getting used to Opera, but it's just not Firefox...how are you?

Just not Firefox?  It's easy to think that until you get used to it.  The interface isn't an exact copy of Firefox or IE, but that doesn't mean it can't do pretty much everything (as well as have some features that FF doesn't).  Besides, it isn't nearly as bloated.  It uses less memory than both IE and FF and is noticeably quicker.

What are your complaints, specifically?

Well, actually, it's been a good 2 weeks since I started using Opera. I just reformatted my HDD today, and while it fixed the Firefox problem, I actually found that I preferred Opera over FF. So now I'm using Opera permanently.

My only complaint? The toolbars are upsidedown.
With firefox, it went in this order:
    Address Bar
    Personal Toolbar
    Tabs

With Opera, it goes:
    Personal Toolbar
    Tabs
    Address Bar

I've fiddled as much as I can with the customization settings, but I can't seem to change the order that they appear in.

But otherwise, I think Opera is great.
