Yeah kind of, but Particle had that avatar before Star Trek: Nemesis came out. Also, don't you mean the 'half Romulan' Picard?

And his name is Bruce Payne

He was in several movies. None of which were any real hits except D&D.

the guy looks like the guy in MK, and thats not a joke, he seriously looks dead on that guy.... :/  i don't remember d&d so i can't say about it... but he does look like the guy in MK.

This is who it looks exactly like to me.  I thought I saw a movie poster in a store with the same exact pose on it... but since I thought "nemesis" sucked I have forgotten most stuff about the movie.

I agree though... the picture looks like a frame from nemesis.

if you watched the movie (which just seemed like a long episode..nothing special :-\) he was all human. the d00d is a clone of picard and was raised on Remus in the mining camps. He's all human, raised in a romulan/reman society.
