The attachment doesn't say anything, it's a worm that will infect and then install a trojan to your computer once you download it. The message was what that guy wrote in the last message "the password is xxxxX" and that attachment was a virus.
The scammer evidently still thought the guy who scammed him was an idiot, and too stupid to not open an obviously evil attachment.
Did you go to the other sites from there? I think the most awesome part of the sotry is where they have those Brits doing recon in the shop! That is awesome! :-D
