NBA Playoffs
« on: June 1, 2004 10:09 am CDT »
Hopefully most of you watch the playoffs for the NBA. I would like your options on who do you think will go to the Finals and be the champs this year. The west is already decided with the LA Lakers. Who do you think will win the East? Pistons or Pacers?

Personal i hope the Lakers will go all the way again :)

So do all who see such times, but its not up for them to decide. All you have to decide is what to do with the time you have.

Some that live deserve death, some that die deserve life, but can you give it to them?

Was it game 3 that they had .4 of a second to score when they were a point behind, everyone was marking Bryant and someone "forget who it was" ran up got the ball, turned and shot.. It went RIGHT in!!! I couldn't believe it!! Takes longer than .4 of a second to do a fart nevermind make a game winning shot!

It was Derek Fisher that made that shot. The Game was against San Antonio. To this day there is a bit of controversy on the shot. But the ruling and outcome will not change. I think the Pacers will win the Championship. I know I know all you beloved Laker fans will dissagree with me but........! The Lakers have yet to play a team in the playoffs with a strong center. Tim Duncan is a forward so dont throw that one out. And yes Yeo Ming is good but this is his first year so he doesnt really know how to handle the preasure of the playoffs yet. This was a good building year for the Rockets. Look for them to go far again next season. The Pacers have a really well rounded team. It should be a really good matchup. I dont think there will be any sweeps this year in the finals!

I knew it started with an "F" Thanks Kendril :) I thought that shot was PERFECT, the ball clearly left his hands before the buzzer. I agree with a lot of things you say and I remember that ANYTHING can happen in the playoffs.

Ok I have to recant my statement since Indiana choked! Well I hate to say it but i think that the best team money can buy will win this year (Lakers). I havent really kept up with the pistons so I am not really sure what kind of game they are going to bring. All I pray for is that this is a series and not just a "4 games were done thanx now gimme the damn trophey!
