Nowhere in that excerpt was there any evidence of this being a hypothetical statement. Quite the contrary. It has all the appearance and sway of it being an example of a specific case that you are bitter about. And no matter how you try to take it back or adjust the context, there is no way that you can tell me that if you were to read that paragraph in it's own environ that you would conclude it was hypothetical.
Regardless, I don't see where I offended you so badly that you had to come back and start some kind of BS "flame war" which has the great chance of ending with "hahaa... I pissed you off and you won't admit it! I win" type post by some one (not nescessarily you or me) which is what I see happen to OTHER people allmost on a daily basis. This part was the joke though, as I think it is obvious to anyone that a great deal of posts are usless attempts at trolling by people who claim they're "having fun" by being jerks to others.
He didn't start anything. You did.
The final part of that post was in a serious but "over the top" joking nature:

You're either blatantly lying to cover yourself or are just very, very bad at protraying sarcasm. That excerpt hasn't the smallest iota of a "joking nature", and there's no way that you can attack him for not picking up on it.
