Why is server so laggy now?

This server used to hold 30 NO PROBLEM..right now it's crap, can't even handle 15 people..what the hell happend it!!

It was doing that before the IP change..  I'm fairly sure it's because the server that hosts Particle's server is being used by other people more often now-a-days.

Also it's been laggy the past few days because someone *I think particle* is spawning the mines by ktown and filling them with really high lvl bots. all with casting blades. At least I know that's were all the lag today was coming from.
