During the restart  of tokath, Shannara exploited the open access to the noob side of the minos lair, bashed a player in the pit and then waited for tokath to close the minos opening before backing in beside the Minos exit guard.  This position gives him a place to which he can observe the noobs entering the zone without their knowing he is there.  The Tab menu does not differentiate between the two Lairs and if he is not observed directly during the entrance as was this case then it is impossible to tell which lair he is in.

Jailed 300 seconds and wrned to never do it again.

This subject is not easily defined due to the subjectivity of the matter involved. As previously stated, you are allowed to do whatever you like in order to pursue your own entertainment while on the server provided that it does not interfere with another player's ability to do the same, does not violate any specific rules outlined here, and especially does not involve a misuse or abuse of the server or any other related services provided. Should you be found being the instigator of a harassment incident, you will be severely punished. Do not misunderstand this rule—harassment will be decided on a per-case basis by an administrator or peacekeeper.

Unrelenting chasing of another character from zone to zone or within a zone constitutes abusive gameplay.  The incident was further complicated by the aggressor being a character that is so extreme in level that there is no reasonable defense from the attacks.  Options are limited to running and dropping.  This is not acceptable.

THESE ACTIONS ARE POSTED AS A RESULT OF AN ADMIN INTERVENTION BASED UPON THE ACTIVITIES AND BEHAVIORS OF SHANNARA RELATED DIRECTLY TO THE OFFENSES COMMITTED ON SUNDAY APRIL 27TH 2008.

The Admin intervention was enacted because the player that controls shannara continued the onslaught of verbal harassment and profane / vulgar statements even after being jailed and kicked, continuing to log on to the server using several different ip's and circumventing the temp ban that had been imposed. Admins Hubba, Corona and Arf reviewed the actions of the Peace Keepers and found them to be in keeping with the standards and regulations required of the position.  shannara's access to the ip checker. botmaster and all other pcrpg access were reviewed and revoked and a three day ban imposed until Thursday night 5/1/08 @ 9pm eastern at which time the ban will be lifted.
