Need proxy help

Can somebody send me a proxy server that I can connect through?  My school network chokes port 6112 (used by Guild Wars), so I need to funnel all of my traffic through port 80.

Also, if I am correct, I can funnel all of my traffic through port 80 by going into Windows internet options, and type in the proxy server and port.  Is that right?

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

If you've got an XP machine at home (dual boot or whatever), you can easily set it up in your connections manager.

I have a friend who is off campus who might be able to provide me vpn access.  Will it lag down her computer or connection much?  She gets about 200KB/s (kilobytes) and has is running this off a 4+ year old computer.

*edit*
Just found out that the VPN server needs 2 network cards, though.  So that wouldnt work.
