You can get your house changed for 1.5 mil to start.  It wasn't intended to let people buy out of a house so that would depend on the admin doing the change.

Damn the dust house was like a second house to me when i played hell i was there more then i was anywhere else ;D

I enjoyed the dust house as well. Catch people there with lots of dusts trying to level up, and just #hide and then #mug their dust while they're talking. Good times...
