New Guilds?

Just like the news said, there are gonna be new guilds.. what kinda guilds? and what would be good about them? is there even a purpose to any guilds we have now?(if we have any)

Purpose of the guilds would obviously be to enhance the roleplaying part of TRPG.  Only thing is the strongest tend to all be in the same guild and the rest... well you get the picture.

guys, back it up, i am in 1 guild, the 1 i created way the hell back when called the Gods PowerHouse Alliance.  it consists of 3 members right now, icacer, bladeffxi, and myself, so therefor, i am a 1 man guild and therefor, the strongest aren't all in 1 guild, because i am the strongest and i am a 1 man guild.  Pwn you all at lvl 1000 =D.

ken - come back into the server, me and my jstaff are waiting to take more lck from you.

I would release all the information on the guilds, but that'd kinda ruin the fun of exploring.

Maybe some time after you all get settled into the new guilds.

Well, so far, we have the

one man god guild eViL is in unless the others return in which case it would be a 3 man guild.

Fighters guild consisting only of people who use the fighter class. kinda powerfull and seems to be a "good guy" guild.

Legions of Darkness which seems to coming up on a good start. It is based on people who are role playing representatives of the opposing races.

Hoping for a Legions of Light guild to start, but since there are less "good guy" type races compared to the evil ones, it would make a natural ally of the fighters guild.

Caster's Guild
Outlaw's Guild
Commoner's Guild

Each offer their own benefits, all useful in some way.  As a hint for those of you who prove yourselves worthy of the Fighter's Guild:
"-Anchet's Protection of "Nickel Skin"; +10% of HP is also DEF"

Straight from the concept outlined in PCRPGguilds.cs.

It was your ideas that gave me mine.

You never know.  Unofficial guilds may pop up if you make them important enough.  Maybe the figter's guild, etc, will be renamed in time.

Maybe have some sort of affinity for each of the guilds? Like good/evil? That'd be sweet. And have RP based on your Guild's goals or ideals. i.e., an Assassin's Guild gets RP for killing (much like the current system) ... Uh, I lost my train of thought.   :?  But anyway...  *stops typing*
