Women were treated badly by the all religions that had ties to Judaism because during B.C. times, Hebrews needed to separate themselves from other religions (such as pagans, etc) so they made some changes from other societies.  One, as many of you are familiar with, is circumcision.

is it just me or is that a little hard to read?? your just supporting my opinion that religon has opressed women ... if your going to try and use... proper grammar and sentence making... alteast make it understandable..

im not realy clear on what your trying to say... are you saying that... the jews.. tried being different .. by treating their women like $Hit?

I agree with you that women were unfairly oppressed.  I am just shedding light on why they were.
