I just saw you try to connect to the server (time is 3:45 Pacific Standard). If worse comes to worse, just go into your Tribes folder and delete the RPG folder. Then, reinstall it in the link I gave you: http://www.pcrpg.org/main.php?action=viewpage&page=downloads&startdl=2

Make sure you're using a correct shortcut. You need to add -mod RPG into the target area of your Tribes shortcut in order for the game to know what mod to use.

1) You download the package I linked you to
2) You install it
3) You make that shortcut I told you about by adding "-mod RPG" (no quotation marks) to the end of the Target field in the shortcut's properties
4) You join the server
5) You choose your Class
6) You play

It's not that difficult...
