It would be nice if there weren't. As legislators have slowly become aware that the Internet exists over the last ten years, so have their efforts to try and "help" by controlling parts of it. *sigh* This will all culminate in sales tax no matter where you buy it. Follow the money. Politicians can smell it from a kilomile away.
