Since there are no players to kill and get RP, what if we exchanged money for RP?
Ex: 1,000,000=one RP.

And the farther you go up the better the deal you get, Every 20 you buy you get one free.

Ex: 100mil=105 RP.

Ex: 200mil=210 RP.

Ex: 300mil=315 RP.

Ex: 400mil=420 RP.
