loading windows onto a macc book pro

Anyone wanna walk me through so i can get back on the server i just acquired this computer today (good story beehind it)

so i have vmware fusion but i cant find a copy of xp that will load in it any suggestions

finally got it...   windows seven ultimate running on a virtual machine on my macbookpro

now i need t1vista fix
i have one copy of it but it doesnt really work my cursor is all jumpy and malarkey...   anyone know of a more sound t1vista fix
