 Ok folks, here is an update on a developing story. As a lot of you know the folks at Blizzard Entertainment have pretty much said that we need to pay them so that we can have the rights to promote any of there games at any LAN party. Yes, that's right ANY LAN PARTY.  Our good friends at KAT 5 KAOS have now been hit with the "if you play you had better pay" attitude and they, like us, were shocked by this attitude. Instead of giving out the contacts name and address to all of you for a mail in campaign a petition has been created online by 2 of the members of Secon.us an organization of which we at Gibfest are proudly affiliated with. It would be great if all of you could click on the following link and sign it. This is the best way to show them how we feel.

I urge all to please spread this to other forums.  Even the battle.net forums if you wish.  (i have lost all my blizzard cd keys).

Its unfair that blizzard requires a group to pay blizzard at a sponsored event.
