Petition to ban G-Unit

Alright, heres my story:

I made a character named Xiahou on Particles server.  I made it RL 8, gave it money and SP, so I could monitor the server and see what goes on with people when there isn't an admin around.  I told them that "lastwish's EXP quests gave me all this" and no one argued.

Someone named Flaky #tells me that G-Unit is being an idiot and shoving him off the boat every time and just shoving him everywhere, so I add g-unit to my target list (he is within 20% of my level) and go to Jaten where he is.  He #tells me "what is your problem" and I #tell him back "why are you shoving flaky off the boat?"  I arrive at Jaten, and he is running around.  I stole his BOGs when he was standing still, and he proceeds to run outside of jaten.  I follow him out there, and swing at him (didnt even hit him, wasnt aiming at him) and he turns around, pulls out his anchets, and starts swinging at me.  He got me down to about half HP before I killed him.

Then, he crashes me (yes, using the little colored symbols code) from a gibberish character that he made and logged on with (I matched his IP with it when it joined).  The only reason I checked is because he said "your not going to like me when im mad" so I figured he was about to do something stupid..  yep, he crashed me.

THEN, he asks for a rematch and I agree.  He comes to jaten, logs his gibberish name character on again, and I get outside and he says wait..  lets take bets.  So I say ok, I bet 200k that I win--RIGHT after I say this, he crashes me, and then kills me when im not even in-game.  I logon as LastWish, G-Unit says hi like nothing happened

Then, I tell him that he will most likely be banned from Particles since he was warned REPEATEDLY not to crash people.  He tells me he wants to talk, so I teleport him to me.  He says hes sorry...   then, I tell him sorry isnt going to help you any since you were warned multiple times.

Then, he proceeds to LIE TO MY FACE that Xiahou (not knowing that I was xiahou) crashed him 3 times today.  I only sent him a total of 2 #tells, which can be checked in the logs.  I told him I was Xiahou, and he STILL tells me that I crashed him..

Then, he moves on to the "you broke the rules by PKing me", well guess who hit first?  He hit me first.  He also taunted me, saying I couldnt beat him.

Now I know how much of a front he puts on while im on the server, and how dirty and cheap he is when im gone.  

I think he should be banned from the server and his character cleared, since all he seems to do is cause trouble and mess with newbies the entire time.

i dont think there is that many people that like him.
so yes i say ban him  and bring peace to the server once again.

Idiots and lamers do the questmaster's job when they aren't there. They provide the out of the norm entertainment that has kept trpg strong for several years. But I suppose if he crashed an admin's character its a little difficult to say he wasn't well out of line. I don't think he should be banned, but I think the PK rule should be lifted on him, or something to the extent of allowing vigilante justice on those that don't follow the rules and act like retards.

 I myself am getting a little tired of people whining that someone PKed them outside of the rules, or shouting about blocking and shoving. Make some friends, get some ends, and beat the crap out of those that stand in your way.

I understand Aleman, but with G-Unit, he is using exploits in the game to crash people--that isn't something taken lightly.  That is causing people to not be able to play at all, and there isn't anything they can do about it once he starts crashing them.

I'm not trying to side with G-Unit, as much as it might sound.. I'm just trying to make sure that the server stays interesting. As unfortunate as it may be, people thrive on chaos and disorder. Tribes RPG is a glorified chat room without something bizarre happening, like an unruly character that is flaming people, or a lamer who is blocking a path to the minos. If someone is high enough to kill that lamer, its fun for everyone to smite the evil one and relish in his anguish as he laments being so dumb. It's rather entertaining when you have people who stick out like a sore thumb and attract negative attention.

What about all the screenshots that i have sent to Particle, Lastwish, Draak, Daywalker and Xanth about a number of people crashing me. I have screenshots AND recordings of a number of people crashing me! Why is there different rules for different people? And i didnt shove him off the boat. i shoves him once..he didnt fall.. next thing he jumps off and waits for a different boat.  I told 2 pease keepers today about me getting shoves off a boat.. i told Xanth that GE and Krill were getting the Sloth and gohort up to the top of the ramp and crashing my tribes and he said..."Good for you, Then talk to partilce , i dont realy care!" So i take it WH-lightning and GE, Krillin, and Som are all going to get banned too? Because that would be the fair thing to do.

Lastwish you were running around mugging me, threating me, KILLING ME before i took any action, as far as i was concerned you were breaking the rules just as much as i was with your fakeass character! So NO banning isnt the right thing to do. Sort out everyone else before you come trying to get me banned!

Kind of like Tasslehof (Or whatever his name was), everyone wanted to kill him.. but he was so entertaining to hunt down and PK. Kinda like a 'rush'.

But on the other hand.. G-Unit/Celtic is an exception, I think he should be banned if he uses cheap exploits like that.

Enough politics.  Section 1, Subsection I lists the punishments for Hacking and Exploiting.  I'll count the first stuff you did to warrent being banned the first attempt (though it should be more).  The rules list this as the second offense:

2nd Offense:  Hackers character will have their bank account and storage cleared.  Also, they will be temp banned for up to a week.

Therefore you are forbidden from playing on the server for a period of five days.  As for the forums, you haven't been bad on here so I won't ban your forum accounts.

G-Unit, I never threatened you..  I asked you to leave Flaky alone or I would just target you again (that can be considered a threat, but it was done in good taste) and also, I only took your bogs..  tried to throw them back at you but you ran off.

I already punished the others, and guess what.. they didn't do it again.  In your case, however, you did it again after being asked not to.  Then, you go and lie to my face?  You lied directly to me saying that Xiahou crashed you 3 times knowing FULL WELL that it never happened.  I don't even know the code to crash people, and I sure wouldn't do it to you if I already had admin.

Blocking the minos, shoving, etc..  none of that bothers me much and I agree it adds flavor to the game, but crashing peoples tribes?  Actually making it so people can't even play the game?  That's a different story..
