When registering an account the only thing stated is that one would recieve service for X amount of months. Nowhere when creating an account do you have me agree to a terms of service. You force a terms of service onto me AFTER you have already taken my money, thus making that terms of service agreement void. You are committing fraud by declining paid accounts access to Runescape. I demand a full refund or an Unbanment..

depends on how far you will go with it and how much of it is actually legally true, for some reason the terms of service being void doesn't sound quite right because its still the terms of service set forth by the company whether it was before or after you paid makes no difference to me (just my understanding of it).

what did you do anyways, sell an account?

No idea, It was just Banned when i signed on the next day...It says i was banned for cheating or abuse, wtf? How? lol

If they had a link anywhere on their site that has TOS when registering at all, then you can't..

They have rules clearly posted on their site http://www.runescape.com/frame2.cgi?pag ... ient.y=173 Before you can even register..

the thing is, I havent used my account in months....And i made all that malarkey up.....I just signed on one day and it was banned, No notice, And i wasnt on it even weeks before...

you could always do what a lot other people have done.  send the RS team a direct e-mail labeled "Banned: Prove It." with the message stating that they didn't have any reason to be banned and wanted the team to prove what they did.  about 96% of them worked because the person had either a different ip logged in the day of the banning or some other cause, the other 4% failed because those people really did cheat (autominers and various other bs things).

And make up your mind.. is it weeks or months..

THey probably have an account clearer auto clear accounts after being inactive for so long.. At least they would do that if they were smart..

Okay, I palyed the game for a week on my membership....
Stopped playin for a week, came back and i was banned..
And its been about 3 months since i was banned
And when i go to "ban Appeal" it says THIS ACCOUNT IS BANNED
So i fired off that damn email...

*edit* and there is no char clear proggy, Ive had this char for over a year, Just started playing it a few months ago, But i quit a WAY long time ago, and started to paly again*/edit*

The only other thing I can guess is that someone got ahold of your password.

And you mean to tell me you sent them an e-mail saying you will sue them for not having a ToS? Don't expect to get unbanned now.. THey know you know nothing.

technically, if the agreement is after them taking the money, you do agree to pay, as the tos states before you pay that you have no rules or boundries, have a nice day.
