Calm down, Darwin.  The forum is back and ready to chat on again.  I've done a lot of work to make it as smooth of a transition as possible, but I can't make everything happen instantly.

I am using windowblinds for XP.  The theme is XP corona.

Oooh, I like that.  I'm using StyleXP, myself.  I didn't disable any of your pictures, the server you've stored them on might be under load at the moment or something.

Yeah my bellsouth host will be 100kb/s one moment, then be 5kb/s the next.

I had a really cool object desktop running on my desktop a few hours ago:

but I didnt find it very functionable, so i ditched it (memory hog too).

Dont know, all I can say is that I am about to ditch MS.  I'm probably gonna be 100% linux in a few months.  My friggin IE crashes every minute, literally.  I start to surf, then it just crashes.  I love mozilla now, tho.  It breaks my bandwidth caps for over 30 minutes while downloading two or more files.

Linux isn't much better.  The only time I tried it, my CD-ROM refused to mount some times, it couldn't find drives that were actually mounted where it said there wasn't one, and programs didn't execute half the time.  I'd double click on a program and nothing would ever happen, sometimes it would.

Part Im not sure what ur talkin about but there is a program that changes the login screen for windowsxp its called logonstudio.

You can't host bmp,jpg,png,gif or any other pciture file at geocities to mirror on another site.

Heh, neat theme, GE. If you can't see it, guys, copy and paste the URL into your browser. Anyway, I guess I'm the only fan of Windows Classic and a black background.

Oh, as long as we're in this topic, but maybe it's only me, but the "PCRPG Server Forum" link takes me to forums.pcrpg.org, which doesn't work. I can only get here because I had the forums bookmarked on the old link, which still works.
