Earlier today in Mino lair, Ceksi wouldn't invite me to the current party making it impossible to level

first of all a person doesnt need to invite you into your party..
there is no rule that he has to add you to his party..
so there forth.. you are crying about somthing stupid...

Actually, you're supposed (I think it's a rule) to invite outsiders into your party if they're leveling in your zone.

Yep this is a true complaint i got tons of screenshots from last night with all of the people that hate Ceksi. Or in this case wouldnt invite him so if u would like to see ill send you some.

no, there is no rule stating you have to invite someone to a party.  the rule is that if you are invited to a party, you MUST accept it.  although nothing states that you can't simply join and leave immediately.

If an outsider asks for an invite to your party, you MUST invite them.
