Ok, everything is going well with my new server except for one thing.  Somtimes when people try to join my server they get an error that says "Sorry No Respawn Positions Are Empty - Try Again Later"

That's what it read in console, other than that it just showed a blank, black screen.

Could this be because I only have one spawnpoint into my main town?

Please help.

There is an error in the mapfile.. It could be numerous amounts of things.

I had that problem when I joined your server, all you had to do was move the person to fix it--maybe there ARE multiple spawn points but the server isn't recognizing them?

No, I only have one spawn point for new players joining.. Hmm, need to change that.
