pshop boredom [medium-sized image]

Was messin around in pshop and thought this looked cool--kinda messy in spots, but I wasn't tryin to be perfect.

Cool use of that neon filter.

You may try it the other way around, too (background is neon).  The palm leaves might make cool patterns.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

Yea, it's the "Glowing Edges" filter.  I might do a cleaner version, and fix up the background a little so it looks more even.

LW, if you sperate the pic into 2 layers (the girl in the front one, scenery in the back) then use a blur of some sort on the background, it would draw more focus into the glowing edges...

 Just an idea though.
