Now I don't know if you know, but I absolutely love fighter jets.. the site of them is so amazing, and these things were CLOSE. As soon as they got over the stadium, they hit their afterburners so the flames from their engine were like 6 feet long.. deep blue flames.. it was almost an orgasmic experience. I felt so deeply amazed when they flew over. They flew over once more before the race started, so it was cool.

and this plane is my favorite....

I kissed a drunk girl on the lips.
This post, by its very length, defends itself against the risk of being read.

That's a YF-22 right?  I would love to ride in one of those..  thrust vectoring lets that plane be able to do near 90 degree takeoffs!  That is so awesome!

Yeah, or Joint Strike Fighter (I like that name betta).

Harrier Jets are also thrust vectoring jets (Im sure you already know that) but takeoff for them is extremely slow.  The JSF will be able to take off faster vertically, though, since it diverts its exaust to help with the takeoff.

Yea, harriers are true verticle take-off.  Your right about their quickness/speed--they don't use thrust vectoring during flight (apart from landing/taking off) though.

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).

Uh... None of those were assaults. They were all fighters. F-4's, F-15's, F-18's, and F-22's, in that order. I've never seen the last one, though. But there's no way that thing could be stealth. There's plenty of surfaces for the radar to bounce back from.
