Mike_S and I came to an agreement that if he was good until the 20th, I'd unban him on the forum.  However, he is bound by these terms.  If anybody finds him violating these terms, please bring it to my attention:

Particle says:
I'm going to go unban you now, but please follow these rules:
- no more than 5-8 posts per day
- follow all of my rules outlined in the TOS thread
- do not flame back, even if flamed
- do not spam

Also, you acknowledge that I will be strict on your conduct and reserve the right to ban you again if you start being mean and/or break my terms

Don't harass him just because of the past.  If he violates these terms though, report it.  Let's hope his behavior here mirrors his on the server lately.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

Good, I was hoping they were different people.  For a second after I unbanned him, I had a brain fart and thought I just unbanned who I banned for Pecker.

I'm getting smarter though.  I'm writing it down this time so if he blows it, it actually is his last chance.
