im 15 I bench 190 :O Some of yall WISH yall do that at my age AND i play my PC most of the time :shock:

I just got my bench together today, believe it or not.  I'm kinda afraid of it when I tried it.  When putting the bar back up, I missed the top several times over and over again.  Im afraid that someday I wont be careful and I'll drop it on my face.

lol.. not much :-x lol but i dont do much bench presses now, since football season is over, and i have not 5th period, i just got work out with dumbells, and run stadiums to get ready for basic training

edit: oh and i weight 208 (im 6'2" if ur wondering as well)

i play pc all the time as well, and work on weekends, and workout during 5th period, and have the hardest classes ive ever taken since ive been in highschool (some say senior year is easiest... not for me :-x) and its not that hard... yeah im only makin like B's but im fine with that

People like me only worked our muscles when we would tote our desktops to LAN's.  I'm gettin better with the exersize thing though.  I actually have a weight underneath my pillow to remind me to do my workouts.  If I forget to do my pushups and situps, hitting my head on the weight would remind me.
