Impreza broke Uber Zone, bashed him through wall

Impreza is back again, he chased a few of us, broke Uber and left. Cent is also broken. I don't know if Impreza did it or not, but anyway. Assitance is requested.

Inc he just gets out somehow. I've jailed him and watched him with #eyes and sometimes it's not even 5 seconds and he's out. With no help from anyone else. Dunno how he does it.
