yeah it does increase ur speed substantially

i tried out the no delay thing on some n00b serv and i gained like 90 levels in 5 min

i thought it was funny as malarkey
was one of those people who dont know how to level let alone admin

It doesn't swing THAT fast.  It pretty much reduces the delay to that of the keldriniteLS (1sec) which is pretty good for a weapon like anchets or even baxe (with a delay of like 3 seconds).

With the method it uses, 1 second is as low as the delay will get..

Yes, but you can get it down to 0.001 seconds which could crash weak servers very easily.
