Funky weather.
« on: January 25, 2004 11:59 am CST »
Well.. yesterday it was in the high 60s and I was outside with a short sleeve shirt on and shorts.

Well, I go to sleep and wake up today and this is what I see.

Fun stuff... me and Icer/Slayer had a friend use a tow rope to pull us on a sled down the street with his Bronco II.. haha I have video clips of it on my computer, just need a host.

Just had a really bad bail that did me in for the night. :/

We were flying down the road.. about 40 MPH and two other friends were holding on to the tow rope.. being dragged on the ice (Without a sled mind you.. they were being dragged on their stomach >_< ). I was holding onto the very end of the rope sitting on a cheap sled, and we were about to go down a really steep hill so both of them let go. First guy hits the side of my sled and almost flipped it.. I was still holding on. The second guy I run directly over with the sled and get about four feet of air. I now am four feet in the air still holding onto the rope. When I hit the ground without the sled anymore I let go of the rope and roll in the ice/snow about 30ish feet.

Lol, it was really fun.. should have caught that on camera ^

I walked away with a sprained wrist and a bruised jaw.

Snow in the south? It'll be fun for you guys watching n00bs in cars getting totally owned by the snow you get

Here in Ohio we're getting 8 inches of snow and some freezing rain + 4 inches of snow and ice from last week... the forking superintendent from Minnesota better cancel school...(This guy has kept our district open when everyone around us closes)

Yeah, I've seen plenty of accidents already.

My friend's brother totaled his Thunderbird.. ran it off the road and flipped it a few times.

On the contrary, everyone with four wheel drive seems to be able to get around fine.
