If you know how to open ports on your computer help me because i need to open the port 28001 so i can go right into particles server but i dontknow how i used to know but it has been way too long since i have done anything like that if you can help me please do

type in netstat -m

Oh oops, i thought i read you were checking for open ports.  Did it not have that port in the list?  It should be open by default.  If not, it might be your router or firewall.

but if younotice iut got you to come into my forum post didnt it so i guess it worked and thanks darwin i will have to check what my router is and get into it to shut the firewall down

I don't know how for that router, you will have to go to the trendnet site and look in the FAQ section (if they have one).

or
http://192.169.1.0
