If you read closely what those pages contain, some of them do include removal instructions.  I had a problem with something awhile ago, dunno the website... but it had that.

delete anything in your windows folder that doesn't belong :).

Its how they get you without you realizing it, razore.  You wouldnt try to shut down a virus that names itself "explorer", if you didnt realize what it was, would you?
