What the fork were they thinking? They copied the MSN "xRazorex has logged on!" little right corner box, and when you click the eye like 500 times, it spams the little boxy thing to everyone on your buddy list. LMAO

heh i use deadAIM so im afraid to update my AIM, cuz everytime they make a updete, AIM gets more fragglewerted up

im currently using Version: 5.2.3292

There are a few nice things added, such as the video chat thing.  But the eye thing is a disaster waiting to happen.  Assholes logging on and clicking the eye over and over again...

I like the popup things.

yes, actually they did it because of things like dead aim, and msn, why not use what the competitor has? its the smart thing to do, i like the pop up things, that was the reason i had dead aim, they made alot of new things onto aim that was the only reason i had dead aim, like the more than one screen name option, and the windows, the only thing they need now is to store all aim convos, thats what i loved that dead aim did! in my opinion, it was just a very smart move to make for aim

i sometimes dont know the difference between deadAIM and just plain AIM, to me its nothin different, seems the same as the other AIM
