Peach really does have some sort of script/exploit that is letting him/her get the passwords--whoever it was got mine too and I don't play anywhere other than particles anymore.

It is Peach who is hacking the characters. After jailing GandolfTheWhite for the third time, she started bragging how she had about 15 characters that was on Particle's server.
