Actually I was the one to inform particle that the main server was down.  The main server is down and that is that..  what more news can there be?  We don't know the reason why it's down, but you can be sure we will tell you when we find out.

Besides, why the hell do you care so much?  You don't even play anymore.

So let me get this straight--because I know why the server is down, I am in charge?  I know why it rains, but am I in charge of the weather?

I'm not pretending to be anything, I am just telling you what is going on.  You can either accept it or not--why don't you PM particle and ask him so he can paste the URL to this thread back to you.
