Is it considered killing when you weigh someone down to the point where they cannot move, and then shove them into a zone where they are then killed because they cannot move?

to answer your question. I would consider it to be against the rules. And if I found anyone doing it they would be punished.  It's basically the same thing as going up to them and killing them except doing it this way, they have no chance to defend themselves. So I consider it to be a little worse than straight up killing.

This is true. Though cowardly it is a neat tactic. I do not agree with this tactic though, unless they are afk. but if they are afk there is no reason to wiegh them down. So In turn I would have to say that even if it is not against the rules you should not do it.

Anything goes if you are AFK..  people can weigh you down if you are afk, so if you happen to come back you can't do anything about it.  If you weigh them down when they are AFK and get them outside of town, it's all fine and dandy..  if they come back before you can fully weigh them down or get them outside of town, it becomes illegal.  This goes without saying that if they come back and you are killing them, you have to stop unless they are within 20% of your level.

I wasn't even AFK when it happened. I was standing right at the top of the TDen, I heard that "pick up item" noise, and I saw my screen fill up with "You picked up a tent." I turn around and saw a [hidden] NFY throwing packs at me. By that time, I was too weighed down to move (being a mage, my weight cap wasn't all that great), and he shoved me right into the TDen mage, and after 1 direct Melt cast from the mage, I was dead.

I have screenies if u wanna see. It just makes me really mad whenever this happens because usually the person who does it goes straight on, unpunished.

Xanth.. was pretty cowardly when he jailed me after I bashed him, even though we were both in houses. Naturally I dropped right away after bashing him, but he got me later on.
