Spyware problem!

Has anyone been having an increased problem with spyware lately? It seems every other time I check for the malarkey, i get more and more.  People making this crap needs to be jailed as if it was a virus, I got one major piece of spyware called thirdavtiveamoc. it has a goddam Bar every time i log onto Internet explorer!  I use Spybot and Ad aware and still I get it, Is it just me or does spyware seem to be getting worse?

Ad-Aware works for me. Nifty tool to get rid of Spyware. I hate spyware. Its a unsavory woman.
