We can inspect the case and tell you how to get in and install fans to help out.
A lot of cases have an area in the front lower part (in front of the internal drive bays for HD's) that requires the removal of the front panel to affix them.

Also;
The rear blower fan is ok but you must be ready to buy a new one every few months because they don't last.
I would put a front intake of some kind on there. If you have a free bottom 5.25" drive bay you should consider hooking up some hard drive cooler sized fans in the bay area (some are sold on newegg) for intake, or put it on the top facing outwards for exhaust (heat rizes.)
There are a lot of options... but I suppose we still need to see the case first. ;-)
