Red Connection Icon

I connected for the first time and it worked fine for about 10 min, then this red RJ-45 connector icon shows in the top right corner after about 3 min of being connected.

I thought it might have been my firewall, i disabled that.
Then i thought it was my router, i plugged straigh into the wall and it still does it.
Anyone know of this? or how to fix

its the server, not your computer
The server has been doing that the past 15 min or so.
