1st. Lower your standards, as the other people said, all you need for a first car is something cheap and reiliable. So go for an 90's small truck, like a Ranger, in my expierence they last awhile, even with high miles. Or better yet, start looking for an 95'-99' Chevy Cavalier 4-Door, you'll have great gas mileage and about as low cost insurance as possible.
2nd. Be more realistic. A car you find now probably won't still be for sale by the time your ready to pay for one. (Unless ofcourse you have something worked out with your parents where you pay them back for up front money. But since your not old enough to need the car, I don't think thats the case.)
3rd. Get a freaking job. Yes your young so its hard to find work, but its possible, especially since its summer. Go work at Albertson's bagging groceries or at Walmart putting up carts. Not very fun jobs, but no one said you had to keep them for very long.
Hope I helped some.
