Are we going to have to d/l the new map for PCRPG? ???
 


And also...


Are we going to get notified of what equipment we should sell before the new PCRPG? :o

Yes, there will be a download (most likely).  There will be two seperate servers though; one for PCRPG v3.07 and PCRPG v4.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

Yes, most likely.  There may be a deal to where if you are under RL (x) then you can get a character moved.  It will probably be a completely clean slate though. (Old characters will still be playable on the 3.07b server.

Whoa, curveball!  most players will start from scratch?  What RLX do you think will be able to start with their same character?  Or will those more advanced just be set back a little further?

I sometimes look back and think how much time Ive played this game, even though I enjoy it alot, I missed football games and stuff, even my last homecoming game when playing this.  Now, I am developing a social life, but I still play this game for hours.  Just not into the wee hours of the night like i used to.

Well, there's really no better way to do this.  It's kinda like a character reset without resetting anybody.  Not only that, but it'll level the playing field for the new adventure.  No fun to start something new with somebody 2000x stronger than you.

Perhaps...but it would be like the borg.  Now they dominate everything, but do you really believe they have fun doing that?  NO!  They're busy doing urban renewal projects.

As long as our old characters will stay on the server they r on now .... im game for the character reset, cause how else r u gunna get the full effect of the new server?

I think you guys will like PCRPG4.  There's a small learning curve, but it's mostly like the PCRPG you've come to know and love... just better.
