Question about .ANI animations for phone..
« on: July 27, 2004 12:29 pm CDT »
My girlfriend just got this new phone.. and she has this program and setup which allows her to add .ANI files to the phone for when certain people call it will show up on her caller ID.. Well that's great and all but..
We can't find any .ANI animations..

Anyone know of any sites or links?

Thanks in advance.

I would assume it is proprietary to that program. Perhaps it can do some sort of converting?
Are you sure the animations are downloadable or a specific file type for the phone?

Tell her to do what my brother does with his camera phone, Just take a picture of the person and set it so when they call their face shows up.  And for the ringtone, he has his friends engine revving up and limiting.

Nah, I'm pretty sure it absolutely has to be in .ANI file format..

Hmm, maybe I'll do that.. get a converter and find a .gif to convert to .ani

By the way, it's not a cellphone it's this portable home-phone with all these features and options.
