As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

oh and just incase you all are wondering what the pictures were of. I'll post them. And if you want to take what I said in h is email seriously then go ahead. For the record I said one comment about getting naked. And as you can tell. I wasnt serious about it. We were friends. Nothing more. We had a friend relationship. Big deal. We never did anything together. I said that I missed him. Y eah I did. Missed talking to him. Because he's my friend. im sure alot of you have done alot worse when you were bored. Or said alot worse to one of your friends...This is the last thing im going to post about this. Because I really just dont care. Think whatever you want. But im still gonig to be around. Im not leaving because some asshole from another forum thinks he's cool and is going to try and get people to hate me. I really dont care what anyone thinks. I just dont see how anyone has the right to go into someone personal life, grab little peices and clues and just assume that they know everything about that person. It's like the telephone game you play in school. One person will start off saying something and by the time it gets to the end of the line it's not what it strated off being. It just amazes me the things that come out of peoples mouths around here. Because when it comes down to it, im the only one that knows the truth. And I still cant figure out why all this was brought up in the first place. When I last checked this is a forum for a game. Not a forum about real life. Which should have nothing to do with any of this. Because after all this is just a forum, and you have no affect on my personal life. So if some of you choose to hate me because of all of this, that's fine. That's you're personal choice.

Anyways here is the emails that I sent to him. They may or may not make me a slut in your opinion, but think whatever you want. I hope after this, it can all stop. You can all see that I wasnt naked in the pictures, and there was not "cybering" going on. Wolftones is just an immature asshole that has no life. And it's really sad when people like to attack people online. It's gets you nowhere and really means nothing...

Do you guys understand the word Libel? Go look it up and decide if posting here is worth a lawsuit and potential jailtime. The law was expanded recently to cover internet content and I will not hesitate to file legal action against you in a civil court if you attack Aphex one more time with libel. I don't care if Particle won't take severe action against you, but mark my words now you little malarkeys. I WILL

On a side note Particle, I see it is against your TOS, but if you do allow these posts to continue, you can be held liable. I wouldn't bring you into it, but its just a warning so you can take appropriate action.

In 1995, Prodigy was held potentially liable by the New York Supreme Court for damaging statements made by an anonymous subscriber to Prodigy's "Money Talk" board (Stratton Oakmont, Inc. v. Prodigy Services Co.). Because Prodigy exercises some control over content, it acts as a publisher rather than a mere newsstand like host (as CompuServe had been). The court held that a jury could find Prodigy liable for failing to exercise its control to weed out Libelous statements by its subscribers.

I wouldn't ever do anything to Part for it, just letting him know. He fixed it by posting the new TOS anyways.

On another note if you want to use it as an argument (as in the title of the topic), the first ammendment (emcompassing free speech) does not apply in defamation cases unless the figure is public and the attack is not in malice. Since neither are the case here, the first ammendment does not protect you.

Furthermore, Particle has the express right to restrict any content on these forums since he is the owner of them. He cannot however condone libel or other illegal defamation, and he made it clear that he doesn't and isn't responsible for it in his TOS.

In other words, think about what you post before posting it. Consider if it is really worth your time to attack somebody for no reason. Consider also that it IS worth my time to defend my friends and I can make things a real hassle for you. Just cut it out.
