I'd love to attend QuakeCon, but I just can't make that trip.  I do want to go some year.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

I went in 97 but I cant remember what they called it then.  It was at the Hyatt Regency.  About 8 guys including myself and my gf stayed in one room...that we barely used.  We played so much quake2 in that weekend.  Id was there giving away alot of stuff.  There was also a company there giving away some cool subwoofer game chairs with surround sound built into them.  I wish i could've won one of those.  Although, I'm not sure how I would have gotten it home.  That was the best group trip i've ever been on.  It was Halloween that weekend and we all went and saw Vampires, which coincidentally came out on Halloween.  Good Times.

It's always been QuakeCon.

My puter weighs in at about 50lbs for the tower.  It isn't fun to transport.

Damn... that was like the dream machine I was going to build in January... then I decided I didn't want a 50 pound computer.
:-)

Soooo.... I settled for cheaper.

;-)

I have never been to Quake Convention... but I think Hersh and Sinister should go, or at least freakin' say hi to eachother in real life. hah!

I'm too far away to go to such an event... Northern California... doh!

Heh. I'm more interested in seeing the show computers than playing Quake. I also don't plan to spend the night there. (Luckly I live 30 miles away).

Particle.... thats alot of stuff to cram inside a box. How long did it take you to build that up? Couple years?

Nice stuff though, whats all the HD's for? Running a dvd business?
