BOGs and Dusting

Ive remorted like 5 times and i still don't know how to dust. Could someone at least show me  

All you do is buy parchments (inside Keldrin bridge) then walk or else store them and teleport to jaten (Teleporting or transporting with dustsor parchment makes you lose them all.) and go to Hemac's Tower..( i think its called that been awhile) then go back to keldrin and basically go a certain east for awhile.... even 1000 meters off the map O.o someone will probably show you.

I will show you when I get to level 60 and am able to fly out there... not that I have the money to dust. I am poor.
