Here's the list....I havent seen it in a while so it may end up being crappy and the ideas rather...bland to say the least. Either that or the ideas have already been taken -___________________- :P

Quest 1: Hunters (Scavenger Hunt)
The players meet at KTown  to receive quest from Town Chemist (NPC that YOU make).
Chemist: This land has been plagued by evil for many moons. I have spent long hours into the nights trying to find a way to banish this evil. Finally, I have determined a method. I require the following items in order to make this work:

(At this point, create about 10 special items throughout the map for the players to look for. As they find an item, they must take it back to the town and give it to the Chemist. Make sure these items are hard to get. Make it a challenge for them.)

Once all the items have been returned, see if u can add some special effects around the Chemist.maybe create a hoard of demons then kill them with a big Chemist spellI dunno. Be fun. Put on a light show.

Once its all done, unleash a powerful monster into KTown and make it say Raaa I am the Keeper of the Demon Underworld! Raaa you have forced many demons down here and they have become a bother to me. For that I shall unleash onto you what you have unleashed onto me! Raaa! (Spawn a malarkeyload of weak Orcs and stuff as cannon fodder for the players to kill off with easea big slaughter! Then move on to the heavy stuff until the players reach the big powerful monster himselfmake him good. And yeah, see how it goes. I suggest making him a spell caster because hes all powerfulnot a weapons master.)

When the super dude dies, see if u can add some more special effects. If not, ehPlayers get reward and life goes on as usual. So the main idea of this quest is to get the guys looking around for things and fighting their way to it. Make sure they know where they can find the stuff. Like for starters, put a pack in the depths of the KMines, and create lots of Orcs to battle them. Or make a bunch of Bandits guard a house with another item in it...like that house by Jaten.

Quest 2: The Keldrinia Seven (Catch me if you can)
The players meet at Ethren and see the King (put him in the main Hall, itll look cool. Make him a friendly Centurian Knight or sumthin =D) Have king tell them that there are seven super duper evil people in the land controlling their minions and that the castle is under constant attack by these dudes (add some castle gaurds and some evil dudes attacking to make it look cool.) So anyway, the King gives them info, and the players have to go out and kill these seven dudes. Like Orc king, Goblin king, Elf Leader, etc etcEach time a King or Leader dies, give the heros a small bonus..like some LCK or something. And when all seven are killed, they return to the castle. (Heres where u can add a plot twist. I think you should make the King turn out to be an evil, evil dude who just got the heroes to do his dirty work, and he wishes to rule Keldrinia. So now they hafta kill him and all his guards in order to keep him from ruling.) Yeah if he dies, rewards for all.

Quest 3: The Final Draw (Arena battle)
A super powerful being turns Jaten into a fighting arena, and he wants to challenge the warriors of the land to a match. They must kill him or else he will rule the world. Everyone can fight him, but the catch is, only one guy can fight him at a time. AND, they only get one shot, so if everyone dies before he dies, then they lose. But if he dies before everyone else dies, then they win. Its simple. =D Everyone else can do things like throw in potions and stuff, but thats it. Make him powerful so that itll take many tries to kill him. The key in this one is how many players you have. The more the merrier!

Quest 4: A Matter of Time (Race the clock)
An evil sorcerer somewhere deep in the land of Keldrinia is planning its total destruction. The heroes have to stop him before he unleashes his power. The problem is, there are many hoards of demons standing in their way. They have to kill them all off and kill the sorcerer in about 20 minutes or else they are doomed and Keldrinia is screwed. The details on this one are up to you. Do what you want with it, but make it a race against the clock.

Quest 5: WTF? said the king of Fort Ethren (Good turns evil)For this one, a switch is pulled. The heroes become the villains! Fort Ethren is a keep for lots and lots of money. Billions of coins. It contains lots of treasure, guarded by the Kings most trusted guards. The herons, or in this case, the band of bandits, want to splurge on some of that loot. The mission: Fight your way into the Fort and loot the place. You can make it kind of drugged up and all, and say that the heroes have a keep somewhere, and they have a drug lord/bandit master/leader dude (NPC that u can make). Make it harder by saying that the heroes/bandits have to bring back a certain amount of loot in one run, or else they all get felled by the leaders personal guards. =D

Quest 6: Azn Invasion! (Total bombardment)
A very simple quest. Get a crap load of Orcs, Goblins, Goons, Elves and other weak guys to freakin invade a place like Jaten. Its a monster slaughter!! Too bad you cant add bloody effectsthat would be awesome.

Quest 7: Capture the *Item*
Divide heroes into two teams and put them on either side of somethinglike a river. Maybe between KMines and KTown? Anyway, put 1 special item on each side that the other dudes have to pick up and bring back to their item. Make it so anyone can target anyone and kill each other off. Though youll have to find a way to defend against high levelsHmmmm..

Well if we implement what Aphex suggested (random setvelocities on bots), then that could be easily worked around.

hey! i said that! heh.

Yesterday i did a test, i spawned a very difficult monster underneath yolanda, its very open underthere, there is no place to hide, and something unprecedented happened, i saw people moving around, mages moving far off to cast beam, people who could take a hit and not die in one hit were getting close and trying to bash it. It was almost like teamword, and people were actually running around, since this thing could kill most people in one hit.

It was exactly what i think needs to happen to trpg, it needs to have some action. When i saw captainplanet calling people newbies, lame, and idiots for trying to fight the travellers without just standing there behind the healbot, made me realize just how used to just standing there with autoswing people are.

"PS: On a side note, how involved are you admins wiling to be with some of the new ideas mentioned? We want to make sure we dont just do a clear and only a few things are changed - we want to make sure a new approach is brought about (not really changes, but involvement of the community). Otherwise, we just repeat history, just at a slower rate."

Yes this is the point for my push for a dev team, i want to see refreshing new changes, maybe a new class or two, some new spells. Mr-trpg has some very cool spells, and its split into so many skills that you cant be good at all of em, so you end up with x-type of mage and whatnot. These are the kind of things i'd like to see, things that make it much more fun.

I just got this weird idea reading one of Lucid's post.

Why not make the vote system tally votes for a quest.
For example...
you're an admin chillin' in the game and there are a few people around clvl 90.  They could start a vote for a quest.  Vote passes/fails, and life goes on.
If the vote passes, then those who voted are automatically teleported to the quest area.  (ktown most likely)  Those that abstained, do NOT get teleported.  Keep in mind that's all that this will do to prevent exploitation and make the admins job somewhat easier.  Then it becomes "Chef's Surprise" as to what quest is done.

People would vote for a quest 24/7, so a client side script would have to be made so the admin's client would run the quest script automatically--that way people couldn't exploit the quests while the admin wasn't there.

Read a little more carefully.  All this does is tally votes for a quest then teleport the questers.  The admin will run the quest, of his/her choosing.  Not the votescript.  That's to ensure no exploitation.  Vote runs, people are teleported, but no admin = NO SOUP FOR YOU!

Gah, I think the game would be 1000x more fun if you didnt stand behind a wall endlessly hitting monsters with autoswing. Make minos OPEN so we have to run around, and it takes SKILL to fight. Instead of standing still and owning everything with the press of a button.

It would be good to re-work all the zones and make them "Stand-behind-corner-and-own" proof. I think I would enjoy uber more if we actually had to fight like if it were a REAL LIFE RPG o_o

Wtf? One messed up kid. COMPUTER GAMES ARE NOT REAL LIFE!

Real life rpg? wtf

*sigh*

Perhaps they aren't, but most games strive to achieve a degree of realism. And there is a point where eventually, they can be made so realistic, how will you tell the difference?

At any rate, it's an RPG. A Role Playing Game. You're playing a role, a part, a character. Many people like it to be realistic to add more to the game play.
