Your thoughts on TvT

Let me start by sayign this threads intention is not to flame tvt or declare it superior, i'm curious to see what about it you like/dislike.

Is there elements of the TvT you'd like to see in particles?

Keep in mind, we have no plans on making another TvT server, it will still be PCrpg, but if theres a particular idea you think would work or be very cool, that you saw, and it would fit in pcrpg. Then let us know.

The long wait for the clear, has given us the ability to get alot of coding done. And the post-clear trpg should have a few features already coded in and ready to try out.

Im going to see if i can get gladios in here give you guys an update on the changes that are already complete.

dude TvT is freaking awesome, carling hosted a server and NO ADMINS it was the best, you could build stuff, that was nice, and then the fact that you absolutely need teamwork in TvT or your screw is really nice so if theres a fag, BOOM he gets nothing out of the rest of us. The raids are really fun too.

if particle hosted a tvt server it would sure be more popular, but you'd have to get trident's permission first i think.

perhaps that would be more popular, but were not worried about being number one in player counts, we want to remain loyal to pcrpg and its fans. And to keep it a pcrpg experience, not Particles modded TvT experience

To be honest the reason why i never tryed TvT is because it's all the scum of Tribes RPG. I hate them assholes, Trident, soulslayer, steef, and so on, they are a bunch of low life sh1t eaters!

I do believe that particle should make his server TvT because it's WAY more famous than RPG.

admins ruin tvt. it makes it pointless. and when the smith smiths for both teams it just makes TvT stupid. TvT was made to work as a team by yourselves with no admin help. super tvt ruined tvt. but if particle hosted it would be cool again.

I like the teamwork of the game, but that is my opinion.  Hey maybe that could be a quest idea.
Where people team up and have special abilities to do something.
I.e. healer, fighter, mage. Put them all in a arena of two teams and let them fight.
One left wins a prize.
The people who lost, lose their luck and or rp and items if they have no luck. Makes it kind of risky like your roulette game.
Hold tournaments for certian levels of people to enter, that way it makes it more fair for everyone.

Actually gladios current map has old world way above the new world (both terrains int eh same map) but we are most likely going to take it out, its far too processor intensive.

I played TvT once when Parts was down, and i only liked 2 things about it....

I liked the sky and how it wasnt dark... they just used the regular blue sky. PLEASE dont have that dark gloomy sky anymore

I also liked the skiing factor. Skiing made everything a lot easier to get place to place. If you think people would die too much from it, then put in a RL or lvl requirement.

Trpg scum? You do know that t2rpg wouldnt exist, and IS wouldnt be going into development if it wernt for Trident. In otherwords, this community would die entirely with the tribes community. See, people like them are what you call CONTRIBUTERS, they do stuff for the community, and are the reason why this mod continues to be developed.

You contribute nothing for this community, and have never done anything and probbly will do nothing. And no, being an annoying nubcake isnt contributing. The only reason you say such things, is because you have been shunned out of the accualy community, and this is your only refuge, and its obvious people here dont even like you either.

Get your facts straight and learn some forking respect.

I been playing TvT for like 3 days since returning to PCRPG, It is better... I like it better than PCRPG.... to tell you the truth I only play at PCRPG because of my friends.
